WHO IS A MENTOR?

A mentor is someone who has successfully participated in one of our transformative programmes and is now equipped to help others navigate the same journey. These programmes include:

  1. Life and Leadership Project – Game Changer for Leadership and Academic Excellence

  3. Smart Wealth Project (Financial Freedom Empowerment)
  4. Nation Building and National Orientation

Becoming a Mentor

To become a mentor, you will undergo grooming to lead a mentoring programme. With a deeper understanding of these modules, you will guide others through their personal and professional transformation.

  • Duration: The mentorship programme runs for three or nine months.
  • Approval Process: After training and approval, you gain access to self-marketing tools, eliminating the need for personal marketing.

Responsibilities of a Mentor

  • Mentors serve as Education Ambassadors, guiding mentees through their respective modules.
  • Engage mentees weekly, ensuring they complete exercises and modules for either three or nine months.
  • Focus initially on effectively mentoring a small group (2–5 mentees), which forms the foundation for larger impacts.

Rewards for Mentors

  • Earnings: Mentors earn 70% by providing weekly support (tools and resources are supplied).
  • Marketing Benefits: 20% from earned income is pooled into a marketing matrix, with dividends payable every three months based on performance.
  • Certificates: Mentees receive certificates of completion, recognising their achievements.
