Old age is not far off, many people drift from one job to the other and before they wake up old age set on them. Upon interviewing them, many of these old people told me that they intend doing the job only for a couple of years. Sadly, they got old on the same job because they failed to look far enough.
Thus, before you take up that job, you must have a clear goal of where you are going, how far you want to attain and the quality of life you want to settle for on the long run. This paper does not really give you the quick fix on getting a job; but it offer certain and long term support for a richer career life.
Your thought has to be definite and focus on what it wants; definiteness of purpose is what brings about realization. The difference between a lion and other animals is that the lion is the most focused and determined among animals. The lion is not the fastest animal, it is not the biggest or strongest but it is the king of all animals because it is focused and determined to utilize maximally all its endowment for the kill. When your thought is focused, you will more often get what you want.
A less skilled applicant will get a better job if he is well focused to maximize the showcasing of all his endowment. We have many skilled people out there who are nothing but bunch of failure.

Focus on getting the best in the market place. Remove your old disempowering thoughts, the limiting idea. Anything is possible; you can get incredible results in life. You can get that job; it is a matter of time.
Focus your thought on what you want and avoid every bit of distraction. The thought you focused on is what you become. A hazy idea of what type of job you want will land you a non-descript job.
Climb higher in your thought, paint the picture you want until it is so enriching and exhilarating that you are ready to run with it. What you don’t love you cannot be passionate about.
