What the Induction Programme Is All About

The Game Changers Induction Programme is not another talk shop or motivational event; it is a national re-orientation movement. It exists to rebuild Nigeria by rebuilding Nigerians—our thinking, our values, our sense of responsibility, and our commitment to excellence.

We believe that nations do not change by slogans alone; they change when ordinary people accept personal responsibility for extraordinary outcomes. This induction is the gateway into a community of citizens who have decided to stop complaining, stop waiting, and start becoming the solution Nigeria desperately needs.

At its core, the induction programme introduces participants to the Game Changers mindset: discipline over excuses, values over shortcuts, excellence over mediocrity, and service over entitlement. It helps people understand that leadership is not a title but a behaviour, and that national transformation begins in classrooms, workplaces, communities, and everyday decisions. This is a call to think differently, live intentionally, and act responsibly—consistently.

To be formally recognised as a Game Changer Ambassador, one must complete the induction programme, commit to living out the principles of responsibility, integrity, and excellence, and actively invite others into the movement. Ambassadors are not spectators; they are multipliers. They represent the values of Game Changers in conduct, conversation, and contribution, and they help spread this culture across schools, workplaces, and communities.

THE GAME CHANGERS WORKPLACE LEADERSHIP AND EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME

Nigerian workforce needs to become performance-oriented by going beyond the average. The culture of non-performance is what has contributed to low productivity output and directly impacting on the growth and development of our economy.

Every employer’s dream is to get high performers to do their job; unfortunately, our level of performance skills have bereaved many organizations for high flying employees. We hope this program will raise a labour force that operates at the alpha level: that should be you.

This is one of the reasons for creating this manual as a training guide for the workforce irrespective of the nature or type of job he or she is into. It is also a program for job seekers because it will give them the edge and a head start on the job as they understand how the workplace looks.

  • Pupils understand why they are saying the words, not just memorising them

The language is simple, dignified, reflective, and age‑appropriate.

HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE

You may:

  • Read and explain one section per day or week
  • Use it during assembly or civic education periods
  • Use it as a moral instruction or values lesson
  • Encourage pupils to memorise gradually
