Becoming a Mentor

To become a mentor, you will undergo grooming by developing depth in any of the areas using the free contents or participating in our premium platforms. With a deeper understanding of these modules, you will guide others through their personal and professional transformation.

  • Duration: The mentorship programme runs for about three months.
  • Follow-Up Process: You carry out a follow-up on each of our modules. By sharing. Then encourage them to register for our premium mentorship here:

Responsibilities of a Mentor

  • Mentors serve as Education Ambassadors, guiding mentees through the contents from your choice category.
  • Engage mentees weekly, ensuring they complete exercises and modules.
  • Focus initially on effectively mentoring a small group (2–5 mentees), which forms the foundation for larger impacts.

Rewards for Mentors

  • Earnings from Premium Subscription: Mentors earn 60% when a member subscribes to our premium mentorship and by providing weekly support (tools and resources are supplied). Remember, free (non-premium) members earn 40% while Premium Members earn 60%
